Dining Room

The dining room is located in the center of the main hall.  For a meal hot off the grill, stop by from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm.  Vending machines are located just off the main lobby near the emergency department.

Cellular Phones

The use of cellular phones is permitted throughout the building.

Children

Unattended children are not allowed in any patient care areas or the hospital lobbies.  To ensure infection control, any child with a fever, cold, rash or ptentially contagious disease may not be brought to any patient care unit.  Children under 12 years of age are not allowed in the intensive care unit.  Children uder 12 years of age are not allowed in the labor and delivery unit unless they are siblings.

Gift Shop

The hospital has a gift shop for your convenience near the entrance.  They are open Monday through Saturday from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm and on Sundays from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.  Cards, stuffed animals, candy and gum, flowers and small gifts are available.  For information about the gift shop items call 843-3691.

Parking

Parking for patients and family members is located in front of the hospital.  Additional parking is available in the employee parking lot located on the north side of the facility.  Emergency parking should be used for loading and unloading patients only.

Smoking Policy

In consideration of all patients and in support of the Surgeon General's position on smoking, the hospital maintains a smoke-free policy.  No smoking is allowed in the hospital, in hospital restrooms or within 25 feet of all hospital entrances.  The smoking shelter is located down the main hall and through the west entrance.
